These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Kites Enterprises. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Kitez Enterprises provides BPO and customer care services to clients in India. Our services include but are not limited to customer support, inbound call center services, and backoffice operations.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their business requirements to enable us to deliver our services effectively.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary training materials, software licenses, and access to systems required for the provision of services.
Kitez Enterprises will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver services in accordance with the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services temporarily or permanently for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We will provide advance notice whenever possible.
Clients are responsible for paying fees for the services provided by Kites Enterprises in accordance with the agreedupon payment terms.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Kites Enterprises and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other’s confidential information and to use it solely for the purpose of providing or receiving services.
Kites Enterprises retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the services, including but not limited to software, processes, and methodologies developed or used in connection with the services.
Kites Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, regardless of the cause of action.
Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these terms and conditions and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
Kitez Enterprises reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
